Build live for 60 minutes
Screens shared, your actual tools open. You leave with a working first version, the full recording, and a written recap of what we built and what's next.

- Pre-session review of your intake form — I show up already knowing your workflow
- Live screen-share build on ONE workflow
- A working first version OR a concrete deliverable (configured form, automation, template, connected tool)
- Recording of the session
- A short written recap: what we built, how to use it, what the logical next steps are
Explicitly NOT included
- More than one workflow
- Work outside the live session (builds, fixes, tweaks after the call)
- Integrations needing accounts or access you don't have ready on the day
- Hosting, maintenance, ongoing support
- Custom app development (that's a scoped project)
- “Can you also just quickly…” — the answer is a quote, not a favor

That's exactly who it's for. You bring the workflow, I bring the build skills, and we do it together so you understand and own the result. No code required on your end.
What if my workflow is too big for an hour?
I review your intake before the session. If it's too big, I'll message you before the call to narrow it — or tell you honestly it's a project, not a session. Success means a working first version, not a finished enterprise system.
What tools do you use?
Yours, wherever possible — your spreadsheets, forms, CRM, and email. Where something's missing I bring practical, affordable tools that fit how you already work. No lock-in to my stack.
What happens after the session?
You keep everything: the working build, the recording, and a written recap with next steps. If you want the parked items handled, your session fee credits fully toward a project or retainer started within 14 days.
Is this a course?
No. No modules, no community, no upsell into a $2,000 program. It's one hour of me and you building in your real business. You'll learn plenty by watching — that's included, not sold.
