Privacy, in plain language.

Information you submit. When you contact MCH Projects, subscribe, apply for Build With Me, or use a site tool, this may include your name, email address, business name, website, messages, workflow details, tool names, team size, optional revenue range, and other answers you choose to provide.

Website and technical information. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Vercel describes this analytics product as cookie-free and not tied to an individual or IP address. Hosting and security systems may still process IP addresses and request information temporarily to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors.

Workflow Leak Scan. If you use the scan, MCH Projects processes the business website URL and context you provide, reads publicly available content from that website, and sends relevant content to OpenAI to generate the result. An IP address may be used temporarily for rate limiting.

The Build With Me pages use the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta about visits and selected actions, such as opening a Build With Me page, clicking an application link, or completing an application. MCH Projects does not intentionally send the contents of your application form to Meta through the Pixel.

Meta may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect or receive information from this site and elsewhere, and may use it for measurement, analytics, ad delivery, and personalization under its own policies. You can manage these uses in your browser and in Meta Ad Preferences. Canadian visitors can also review the AdChoices opt-out tools. Blocking cookies or tracking scripts may limit this collection.

MCH Projects uses information to:

• respond to messages, applications, and service inquiries;
• provide requested tools, reports, sessions, and services;
• send requested updates and maintain subscription preferences;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the site and its offers;
• measure advertising performance and understand which marketing is useful; and
• meet legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.

MCH Projects does not sell your personal information.

Information is shared only as needed with service providers that help operate the site and deliver services: Vercel for hosting and analytics, Arc for contact and CRM records, Meta for advertising measurement, OpenAI for generated scan results, Cal.com for scheduling, and Stripe for payments. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by MCH Projects.

Information may also be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Some providers process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those places.

MCH Projects keeps personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including ongoing client relationships and legal, tax, backup, and recordkeeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized where practical.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access or correct personal information held about you, withdraw consent where applicable, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request deletion subject to legal and operational requirements. You can also choose not to submit optional fields or not to use a site tool.

This business site and its services are not directed to children under 13, and MCH Projects does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

This policy may be updated when the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show when revisions were made.
